French speaking Sales Support Administrator
Location: Witney
Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum

The company: An established international business operating in a specialist B2 B market with customers on a global scale.
Main duties: Play a key role in keeping international sales operations running smoothly while building strong customer and supplier relationships.
The role:
- Process customer orders and prepare quotations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers through regular communication
- Keep track of orders and deliveries, helping to resolve any issues along the way.
- Handle returns and replacements when products arrive faulty.
- Assist with arranging shipments and keeping customers updated on delivery progress
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for the French operation.
- Support with general sales administration and communication between the international offices
The candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in administration, sales support or customer service
- Able to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities throughout the day
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions
- Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
- A proactive team player who is comfortable working with different departments to get things done.
