Description

  • Manage and organise daily administrative tasks to support the team effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct ID checks.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure information is kept up to date.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.

Profile

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard MS office software and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a similar setting is beneficial.
