An established and well-respected law firm is looking to add a Property Paralegal to its growing team.

This opportunity would suit someone with previous property law experience, but equally we're keen to speak with ambitious individuals who are looking to build a long-term career within the legal sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners
  • Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties
  • Opening and managing files in line with compliance procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within residential property/conveyancing would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Motivated, career-focused individuals who are eager to develop within a legal environment
