JOB TITLE: Maintenance Contracts Administrator
LOCATION: Wincanton, Somerset
HOURS: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
SALARY: Discussed at application stage

THE ROLE: You will be joining a small maintenance team, supporting with the administration in the department. A background within construction or engineering would be desirable but it's not essential.
KEY DUTIES:
- Liaising with the Contract Managers to support with the management of an exciting and growing department
- Supporting the engineers with scheduling of work by phone or email.
- Book in contracted work with clients, notifying them of attendance in advance
- Assist with invoicing and collating supporting documentation
- Preparation of Health & Safety paperwork for contracts repair work
- Support with general administration
THE CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or customer service role.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience within maintenance, facilities management, construction, engineering or a similar industry would be beneficial, but is not essential.
