Burch Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a well-established same-day delivery and installation company, for experienced and reliable White Goods Installers to join their growing team. We currently have both full-time and part-time positions available , weekly pay with up to 6 working days per week opportunity (including weekends), depending on operational demands and the opportunity to be part of a friendly, professional two-person crew delivering excellent service to customers. About the Role: Youll be delivering and installing white goods directly to customer homes from a depot based in the Luton. The role involves carrying goods into the home, unpacking, positioning, and performing full installations (e.g., connecting washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, or refrigerators). Youll work alongside a colleague as part of a two-person installation team . Please Note: Pay will be issued two weeks after the work has been completed. Payments will then continue weekly, maintaining a two-week delay between work completed and payment received. Requirements: Proven experience installing white goods in customer homes Strong customer service and communication skills Basic DIY or trade skills (e.g., using drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and hand tools) Physically fit and confident lifting heavy items safely Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude Carrying, unpacking, and installing white goods in customers homes (room of choice) Flexible availability for up to 6 days per week, as part of a 7-day operation Home delivery experience is preferred but not essential What Youll Be Doing: Early starts from our Luton depot Carrying, unpacking, and installing white goods in customers homes Ensuring safe and correct installation of all appliances Working as part of a two-person team Completing your route typically within a 9-hour shift Interested? xrnqpay Apply today to join a company where your work is valued , and delivering excellent customer service is a top priority.
