We are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join an established and reputable company based in Whitby.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team, working in a busy but positive office environment. The company offers some flexibility with working hours and a varied role where no two days are quite the same.
The role
- Processing customer orders from receipt through to dispatch.
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing order updates.
- Processing invoices and assisting with queries.
- Arranging transport and preparing delivery documentation.
- Liaising with transport providers to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in sales order processing, administration or customer service would be beneficial.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
