How you’ll make an impact:

  • You’ll actively seek out and respond to new business opportunities, exceeding your targets while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
  • By understanding the needs of our customers, you’ll offer tailored solutions from our broad range of services and products, creating opportunities to upsell and add value.
  • Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will help you secure the best terms with underwriters and insurers, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.
  • You’ll represent Gallagher at trade shows, expos, and industry events, using your networking skills to build relationships and seize new opportunities.
  • As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute to our reputation for excellence in the market, always acting with integrity and professionalism.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in business development and sales within the insurance industry, with experience delivering against targets in a regulated environment.
  • You’re self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to generate leads and build pipelines independently.
  • Your focus is always on the client, and you’re dedicated to providing the best possible service and outcomes.
  • You’re a team player who values collaboration and thrives in a supportive environment.
  • You’re eligible to work in the UK and are willing to travel as needed.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to buy extra days.
