The role involves taking ownership of structural and non-structural repairs, restoring vehicles to a safe, high-quality standard. Your work will play a critical part in the overall repair journey - setting the foundation for paint, refit and final delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Repairing and reshaping damaged panels using recognised panel beating techniques
  • Carrying out removal, replacement and alignment of vehicle body panels
  • Following manufacturer methods and repair standards to ensure safety and quality
  • Working collaboratively with Paint, MET and production teams to keep repairs flowing
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and professional standards

This is a hands-on, practical role where skill, care and consistency matter every day.

Qualifications include practical experience as a Panel Technician / Panel Beater, typically including:

  • Time spent in an automotive or accident repair environment as a Panel Beater
  • Confidence working with panels, structures and repair methods
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
