Customer Service Advisor
Our client, a leading organisation in the education sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. Location: Liverpool, L3 5 AE
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: 14.14 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
- 8 AM to 2 PM
- 2 PM to 8 PM
- 9 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors warmly and addressing a variety of inquiries at the reception desk.
- Efficiently distributing mail and parcels to maintain smooth operations.
- Conducting health and safety checks to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
- Reporting repairs and responding promptly to operational issues as they arise.
- Performing room and kitchen inspections to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Leading engaging open day tours to showcase the organisation's exceptional facilities.
- Assisting the domestic team during conferencing events and quick turnover periods.
What We're Looking For:
- A personable manner with excellent communication skills to connect with visitors and colleagues alike.
- Strong team ethics and a collaborative spirit to foster a positive working environment.
- A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Relevant experience in a customer service or hospitality environment is essential.
