We're looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to help shape a vibrant, supportive, and welcoming community for the residents.

What You'll Do

• As a key member of the onsite team, you'll play a vital role in making the community feel like home.
• Deliver outstanding front-of-house service, anticipating resident needs and exceeding expectations.
• Build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Support and participate in community events that make the property a memorable place to live.
• Manage administrative tasks including maintenance logging, database updates, tenancy paperwork, and notices.
• Carry out viewings, follow up on enquiries, and support sales and leasing activities to drive occupancy.
• Help with move-ins and move-outs.
• Respond professionally and positively to questions or concerns.
• Assist with rent arrears processes and ensure timely tenant refund handling.

• Have excellent customer service experience in a front-facing role.
• Are a natural team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Can work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Communicate clearly and confidently.
• Are organised, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Are confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems.
