The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of an automotive engine specialist supplying internal engine components to the automotive industry.
They are looking for an organised, customer-focused Parts Specialist to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help customers identify the right components, respond to enquiries and support sales activity in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing helpful and accurate responses.
Identify the engine components customers require using catalogue systems.
Recommend suitable additional products to support customer needs and generate add-on sales.
Make proactive customer calls, gather information and accurately record outcomes.
Develop your knowledge of the company's product range, catalogue systems and point-of-sale platform.
Work closely with colleagues to maintain accuracy, efficiency and a high standard of service.
About You At least one year's automotive industry experience is essential.
Good knowledge of automotive vehicles.
Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. xrnqpay
