Location: Watford - parking available
Hourly Rate: Β£17ph - Β£18ph paid on a weekly basis
Working hours: Part-time 3 days per week, can be flexible with working hours and days (Temporary role on going with the possibility to go permanent)
About the Role:
We're seeking an organised and proactive Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join a growing and creative business in Watford. This is a varied role combining bookkeeping, project finance support and day to day office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing invoices, expenses, payments and reconciliations using Xero
- Tracking project costs and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting credit control and preparing payment information for approval
- Handling office administration, supplies, deliveries and enquiries
- Assisting with travel bookings, onboarding paperwork and general business support
- Helping to keep the office organised, efficient and running smoothly
About You:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounts experience
- Confident using Xero and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
- Someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a small team
