Marketing Executive
Location: Watford Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Permanent: Office-based Monday - Friday
CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a varied, commercially focused role covering digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement and sales support.
A key focus will be increasing customer adoption and use of the company's B2 B digital ordering portal, alongside delivering campaigns that support sales growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaigns to increase customer adoption and usage of the digital ordering portal.
- Create targeted email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and ordering frequency.
- Produce user guides, video tutorials, sales tools, pitch decks and product materials.
- Promote new digital services and portal features to existing customers.
- Create marketing materials for sales meetings, conferences and promotions.
- Manage social media content, blogs, newsletters and website updates.
- Build and distribute targeted email campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and support SEO activity.
- Track digital engagement, sales activity and campaign performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and commercial teams to support business growth.
- Maintain brand assets, templates and marketing materials.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2 B or commercial environment.
- Experience with email marketing, CMS and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and SEO.
- Strong Excel, organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, commercially aware and flexible approach.
- An understanding of AI tools and their application within marketing.
