If you're a machinist who wants to work with the best new equipment and resources on often complex parts then is the opportunity you've been looking for.
Set and operate CNC lathes running Fanuc controls.
Load programmes, set tooling and adjust offsets to achieve correct dimensions.
Produce high-precision turned components in a range of metals.
Work to tight tolerances and complex geometries from detailed drawings.
Perform first-off and in-process inspections, maintaining quality throughout the batch.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and right-first-time output.
Work closely with production, programming and quality teams.
Keep machines and work area clean, safe and well organised.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and cycle times.
