Hybrid Warwick / Remote | 12 days per week onsite
12-Month FTC | £80,000£100,000 + 40% bonus + 28 days holiday
A global organisation is looking for an experiencedDirector / Senior Managerto lead its global Finance Systems and ERP function across the UK and US.
This is a senior operational leadership role, managinglarge, globally distributed teams of 50+, including onshore and offshore resources, while driving improvements across Finance Systems, ERP, financial processes, controls and accounting operations.
Youll bring:
Senior Manager / Director-level operational leadership experience
Experience managing large global teams, ideally50+ across UK/US and offshore
StrongFinance Systems / ERPexperience
SAP exposure advantageous ECC, S/4HANA and/or GRC(expertise not essential)
Finance qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA or xrnqpay equivalent
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting and controls
Background within a major end-user organisation, consultancy orBig 4
