Your new role
You'll take ownership of an allocated sales ledger, proactively managing outstanding debt, improving cash collection and building strong relationships with a varied customer base.
- Managing an allocated sales ledger and aged debt
- Proactively collecting outstanding balances by phone, email and customer portals
- Investigating and resolving invoice and account queries
- Completing account reconciliations
- Identifying potential bad debt risks and escalating where appropriate
- Working closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely payment
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous B2 B Credit Control experience
- Strong cash collection and aged debt management skills
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Good Excel and reconciliation experience
- Experience dealing with larger corporate customers
- Customer billing/payment portal experience would be advantageous
