Pay / salary: £36,400 Basic + Bonus + Overtime at £26.25ph + Company Van + Fuel Card + Tools Provide OTE £61,000+ (Top Performers earning a lot more!)

Job

Shift and schedule for the Roadside Technician role
Monday Sunday, 40 hours per week, between 6am and 12pm (could be 9am 5pm or 8am 4pm etc, shifts vary).

You get your rota 12 months in advance, so you can plan accordingly.

All hours start and stop from home, as soon as you start the van.

Benefits for the for the Roadside Technician role Overtime 300 overtime hours per year equates to an extra £12,000 per annum.

Job Responsibilities for the Roadside Technician role Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults quickly and accurately.

Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs at the roadside, including battery replacements, wheel changes, and minor engine fixes.

Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and determine repair options.

Provide temporary solutions when full repair isnt possible, ensuring member mobility.

Advise members clearly on next steps, including recovery if needed.

Work safely and efficiently in varied environments and conditions.

What youll need to a be considered for the Roadside Technician role Must have a minimum of a Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair, ideally Level 3 but will consider level 2. (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent)
Must have a minimum 2-year post-qualification hands on experience with vehicles.

Either in a workshop or mobile vehicle type role.

A customer-focused approach
Must have a full UK driving licence - max 6 points, no bans
