Role: Office Administrator
Location: Hollins Green, Warrington (WA3 Area)
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum Full-Time Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

The Role
As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting colleagues across a range of administrative tasks.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Booking appointments and managing customer enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Assisting with general office administration and ensuring smooth daily operations.
About You
- Has previous experience in an administration or office-based role.
- Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a busy workload.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
