Rate: Up to Β£27.38 per hour (Umbrella)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract (extension likely)
Hybrid Working: 2 days a week onsite
Overview
We are seeking a Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join a Procurement Excellence team supporting supplier governance activities across a large, international organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supplier onboarding, KYC, vendor due diligence, risk assessment and compliance processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Compliance, Finance and other business stakeholders to ensure suppliers are appropriately assessed, onboarded and managed in line with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct supplier due diligence and vendor screening activities using third-party risk assessment tools.
Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and supplier onboarding reviews.
Assess suppliers against internal governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Review and validate supplier information before onboarding approval.
Liaise with Compliance teams on supplier risk assessments and due diligence outcomes.
Maintain accurate supplier records and supplier master data.
Produce reporting, dashboards and management information for stakeholders.
Support ongoing supplier risk management and governance activities.
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance and wider business teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Identify opportunities to improve supplier onboarding and due diligence processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in Supplier Onboarding, Vendor Onboarding or KYC processes.
Experience conducting supplier or third-party due diligence assessments.
Understanding of supplier risk management and compliance frameworks.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools and processes. It would also be beneficial if you have:
an understanding of ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery & Ethics).
