Are you a passionate Sports Coach looking to use your skills in a truly rewarding environment? We are recruiting permanent Sports Coaches to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist school supporting pupils aged 2-19 years with a range of learning difficulties. This is a unique opportunity to combine your love of sport with meaningful impact helping young people develop confidence, coordination, and life skills through physical activity.

The Role
- Deliver engaging, inclusive sports sessions tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils' physical development, teamwork, and confidence
- Adapt activities to suit a wide range of abilities and behaviours
- Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to support holistic development
- Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
Who We're Looking For
- Background in sports coaching, PE, or physical activity delivery
- Experience in SEN or SEMH settings is highly desirable
- Candidates with care/support work experience are encouraged to apply
- Personal experience with SEN (e.g. family) is valued
- Energetic, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
