We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our clients manufacturing team based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, requiring candidates who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work rotating double-day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading materials and products onto machines
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Reporting any machine faults or production issues to supervisors
- Assisting with general production duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and healthy, as the role involves prolonged periods of standing and moving throughout the shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must own and wear safety shoes/steel-toe safety footwear
- It would be helpful if candidates had experience of PPT.
Working Hours:
Rotating Double-Day Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday):
- Week 1: 5:30am 2:00pm
- Week xrnqpay 2: 2:00pm 10:30pm
Applicants must be flexible and able to work both shift patterns on a rotating basis.
