Client Details

This role is with a healthcare organisation based in Walton-On-Thames.

Description

  • Manage the director's diary and appointments to ensure efficient time management.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the director.
  • Organise meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
  • Maintain and update confidential files and records.
  • Act as a point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for projects and presentations.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the director's daily responsibilities.

Profile

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in a PA or administrative support role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position based in Walton-On-Thames.
