Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual BU budgetary process alongside the EVP and ensure that all Studios activities are accurately planned in the company financial system in accordance with accounting requirements.
- Manage the completion of all other corporate and BU financial reporting, consistent with a US listed public company.
- Monitor Studios financial performance and report monthly progress and variances to the SVP Finance IMG and EVP Global Production.
- Review and where necessary improve Studios financial reporting and management information.
- Act as Business partner to the EVP and the Studios management team giving advice and guidance on all relevant financial matters and assisting the team to deliver their financial plans.
- Investigate financial performance process improvements e.g. CAPEX investment decisions.
- Review new business proposals to ensure they are financially robust and balance required return vs risk.
Requirements:
- Senior finance experience in an FP&A role.
- Experience of managing a Finance team.
- Ability to explain financial matters clearly to non-finance colleagues.
- An interest in sport.
This is a permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Occasional travel and unsociable working will at times be required.
