Our client is a leading investment and transaction advisory firm specialising in the Healthcare, life sciences and pharmaceuticals industries. They are now looking for a VP/Director to join their expanding team.
You will be working with a strategic industry leading team, guiding clients through complex transactions within the healthcare sector (covering multiple verticals).
- Transaction Management: Oversee the full deal cycle from initial client pitch to closing. This includes financial modeling, valuations, and coordinating due diligence activities.
- Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts, particularly in Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharma.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) and external stakeholders (accountants, lawyers, consultants) to ensure transactions run smoothly.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices, ensuring all transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.
6-10+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate development with a strong emphasis on M&A transactions ideally within the Healthcare / life sciences sector.
Strong knowledge of M&A processes, valuation, and financial modeling.
Experience or a keen interest in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. CFA or CA qualification is a plus.
