About the Role
Paragon Home Healthcareis looking for a Spinal Injury Support Workerto assist a woman in Uckfieldwho has a spinal cord injury following a cycling accident.
She lives in a remote home with her partner and son and requires daily support withrespiratory care(Clearway cough assist), catheter management, medication routine, and mobility.
She uses awheelchairand has a well-established care plan and a supportive family.

Job Details
Shift: 12 hours | 9AM9PM
Pay Rate
- Weekday:£15.75/hr
- Weekends:£18.90/hr (weekends)
- Bank Holidays paid at 150% and Christmas at 200% (double pay)
Driver: Essential since the placement is remote.
With this client, you'll be engaged in 2-3 shifts or more per week.
Alternatively, if eligible, you can be a part of our Standby rota, working conveniently from home.
To support your journey, we providecomprehensive training, equipping you to excel in your caregiving role.
Training & Support:
Paragon is aspecialist providerof spinal cord injury and complex care.
Youll receive full training before you start, and where possible, time will be given to get familiar with the care routine.
No previous experience with spinal care is needed.
