Personal Assistant (PA) - Temp to Perm Opportunity based in Truro
Location: Truro / Hybrid Working (Remote & On-Site)
Hours: 4 Days per Week (Fridays Off)
Working Hours: Flexible start and finish time, either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: 14.85 per hour + Holiday Pay - weekly paid
Contract: Temporary with the opportunity of a permanent position for the right candidate
We are delighted to be recruiting for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior leader within a busy and rewarding organisation based in Truro.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and supporting projects that make a real difference within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and filtering emails, ensuring important communications are prioritised
- Diary management and scheduling appointments, meetings and events
- Liaising and communicating with internal teams and external partners on behalf of senior management
- Coordinating ad hoc tasks and projects across the organisation
- Preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting minutes
- Filing, organising and maintaining records and documentation
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including partners
- Supporting wider teams and projects as required
Additional Duties
- Attending occasional site visits with colleagues
- Providing administrative support to other departments and projects when needed
About You
- Previous skills as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
- Professional, proactive and adaptable approach
