We believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid per shift at the following premium rates:
?? Weekdays (MonFri): £14.70 per hour
?? Weekends (SatSun): £16.50 per hour
?? Mileage allowance: £0.30p per mile

We run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle so you can still enjoy everything the local area has to offer:
?? Day Shifts: 07:00 AM 3:00 PM
?? Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM 10:00 PM

Job Description
?? What Youll Be Doing
Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. Youll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.
? Youll help with:
?? Providing personal care with dignity and respect bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
?? Assisting with medication preparation and administration
?? Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
?? Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
?? Carrying out light domestic duties laundry, making beds, light cleaning
?? Offering companionship and reassurance building meaningful relationships
? Youll also:
?? Encourage social engagement and family connections
?? Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
?? Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
??? Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
?? Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
Qualifications
?? What Youll Need
Hold onto your hats, because you don't need any social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders! ?? We offer full, paid training all you need is a heart of gold, reliability, and the drive to make a difference.
?? Driving Requirement: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to travel between your local clients in these rural and semi-rural areas.
