JOB TITLE: Temporary Receptionist
LOCATION: Tenterden, own transport needed
SALARY: £13ph to £13.50ph
TERM: Temporary (2 months approx)
HOURS: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this established business in recruiting additional Reception cover to help through a period of sickness and holidays. Their bright modern offices are based in rural Tenterden with free parking on site and a lovely friendly working environment.
The key duties and requirements are:
- Based on Reception dealing with clients
- Handling enquiries face to face and over the telephone
- Booking appointments and sending appointment reminders
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Working in a busy and fast paced environment
- General administration as required

- Have experience in a customer focused or reception role
- Are quick to learn new systems
- Can start a new role immediately
