Clanmil Housing Association is seeking a Tenancy Support Co-Ordinator based at The Port Building, South Belfast, 37 hours per week, £27,609.15-£31,000.47 per annum. You will cover schemes in the surrounding area and welcome new tenants, explaining handbooks and signing up tenants, with home visits.
You will build strong partnerships with floating support services, Advice NI, local councils and advocacy groups; respond to antisocial behaviour, reviewing CCTV and supporting enforcement actions;
