- Providing a professional front-of-house service to all visitors and callers, representing the organisation positively.
- Supporting meeting bookings, preparing spaces and materials for events and meetings.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Processing expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating and supporting in-office events and visitor arrangements.
- Assisting colleagues with ad hoc administrative requests as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of communal areas and resources.

- Prior experience in a commercial administrative position
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Full UK driving licence and own transport

Based near Didcot, the role will require a car to get to it. There is onsite parking available.
