Our client are a non for profit organisation who are looking for an experienced HR administrator to join their busy and dynamic team.

This role cover a vast amount of duties , and requires a candidate who is articulate and has 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Duties

  • To administer the new starter and leaver process, ensuring trackers are updated and relevant contracts, Right to Work documents and leaver letters are saved.
  • To administer all changes on the HRIS (Cezanne) and update employee records across the full employee lifecycle ensuring data integrity.
  • To facilitate end-to-end recruitment by drafting job adverts, arranging external advertising for specialised roles, monitoring candidate queries during the advertising process and facilitating shortlisting and interviews.
  • To administer the probationary process, advising managers on best practice and issuing extension letters where necessary.
  • Managing changes to holiday plans, working time patterns and other personal data changes on Cezanne.
  • To support the parental leave process and advise staff and line managers throughout.
  • To assist with the drafting and issuing of all paperwork and contractual documents.
  • To produce ad hoc HR letters, reports and other documentation as required.
  • Raising purchase orders as and when required, as well as advising budget holders on outstanding invoices to be paid for recruitment and assessment costs.
  • To share responsibility for monitoring the HR inbox and responding to employees' queries and escalating to the HR Officer where appropriate.
  • To act as note taker in all employee relations matters.
  • A willingness to contribute to campaigning activities across the Party, including evenings and weekends where required.
  • To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by the HR Manager
