We are seeking a performance-driven Paid Social Advertising Lead with a strong track record of driving app installs for B2C brands. In this role, you will help determine strategy, whilst owning execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across major social platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns focused on mobile app acquisition across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, LTV, and retention.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives, including static, video, UGC, and motion graphics.
- Develop a structured A/B testing strategy across audiences, placements, messaging, and creatives.
- Report on performance metrics and funnel data to inform broader app growth strategies.
- Stay current with social platform updates, ad policies, and best practices in mobile user acquisition.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making are essential. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration and testing. Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and collaborating with design/UGC teams is also important. Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for reporting is preferred.
