We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected firm with an outstanding reputation across the South West. Joining their busy Residential Lettings Maintenance team, you'll play a key role in helping to keep properties running smoothly while ensuring landlords and tenants receive a first-class service.

About the Role
As a Maintenance Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the maintenance process, coordinating repairs and supporting the smooth management of residential properties across Somerset, Devon and Dorset.
Working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues, you'll ensure maintenance issues are handled efficiently from initial report through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional, friendly and responsive service to clients
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, insurers and internal teams
- Logging maintenance requests and updating records accurately
- Obtaining competitive quotations for repair and maintenance works
- Raising work orders and monitoring progress through to completion
- Managing communication via phone, email and occasional face-to-face interactions
- Processing and approving invoices
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys building positive relationships with people.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous administrative experience
- A genuine interest in the property sector
- Excellent customer service and client care skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment
