This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our people strategy, driving talent development, and fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Main Role Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Talent Development Programs tailored for all levels of employees, from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive career development frameworks to support continuous growth, upskilling, and succession planning.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs, ensuring the availability of engaging and impactful learning opportunities for all employees.
- Cultivate a culture of learning and development that enhances employee loyalty, satisfaction, and productivity.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior talent development or human capital leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and managing talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and modern training methodologies.
- Ability to drive cultural change and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
