Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and departments to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, including passive candidates and diverse talent pools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and employer branding.
  • Manage the offer process, including answering any queries related to the offer and ensure that candidate has all the relevant information
  • Record recruitment activity in designated trackers and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress, candidate quality, and market trends.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Recruitment experience in Engineering, Architectural services or other related industries is highly preferable.
  • Experience in different sourcing strategies and channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, self-motivated, problem-solving skills, able to manage time and resources and work under tight timeframes.
