Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Lead (Retail Expansion)

This position is vital in managing full-cycle recruitment for both current store management vacancies and new store openings, directly contributing to our ambitious expansion plans.

About the Role:
In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process for store management positions, staffing both existing outlets and new locations in Southern Europe. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop and execute effective talent strategies that attract top candidates aligned with our brand and award-winning culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for current store management vacancies.
- Manage hiring for new store openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop and implement robust talent acquisition strategies.
- Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies by utilising modern digital platforms (including LinkedIn) and proactive candidate sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
Key Requirements:
- Proven in-house recruitment experience within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of the retail market and practical experience recruiting in Southern European markets.
- Expertise with current recruitment methodologies and best practices, especially in leveraging social media to generate talent pools.
- Fluency in English is essential, along with excellent written and conversational skills in at least of the following: French, German, or Spanish.
Contract & Location Details:
- Immediate availability is required for a one-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
- The initial month can be worked remotely; however, any contract extension will require hybrid-working from one of our offices (London, Milan, or Barcelona) at least three days per week so you would need to be living within commutable distance.
