Talent Acquisition Assistant - What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day recruitment administration, including recruitment inbox/calendar, coordinate diaries, interviews, meetings, events and travel
- Manage the posting of job adverts both internally and externally
- Support the team with sourcing, market mapping and selecting and screening candidates
- Administer candidate testing and prepare interview packs
- Liaise with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate interviews and video conferences
- Prepare and coordinate candidate offer paperwork through to signature
- Assist the team with secretarial duties, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel tables, inputting text and graphics in house style
- Process invoices and complete expense reclaim forms
Talent Acquisition Assistant - What We're Looking For:
- Relevant HR or recruitment experience is required, ideally within a law firm
- Ability to manage a high and changeable workload, balancing competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in candidate research and identifying suitable matches via social media and job boards is preferred
- Strong IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
