This is a unique opportunity where you will be funded for qualifications to improve your career and progress into senior management.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training to military students, delivering pre-set lesson plans, training and assessments, monitoring trainee development and collaborating with colleagues to improve internal processes. This is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hour week - no overtime required.

This role would suit a Vehicle Mechanic or Technician, from any background looking for an off the tools role, full training to become an instructor and the opportunity to work for one of the biggest defence companies in the UK.

THE ROLE:

  • Deliver engaging lessons using pre-set course materials
  • Prepare lesson plans and assess military students' results

  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams
