Service Delivery Coordinator

Location: Swindon (Onsite)
Salary: 12.98 - 16.83 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of service management processes.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated incidents and customer complaints, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
  • Attend customer meetings and project sessions to support service delivery requirements.
  • Conduct site tours and prepare presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with operational, finance, and account management teams to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement process enhancements.
  • Coordinate testing activities and support service transition projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Escalate IT and application support issues that may impact service level agreements.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and customer specifications are followed at all times.

About You

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, databases, email systems, and web-based platforms.
  • Experience working within a service management, operations, customer service, or document processing environment.
  • A proactive and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
  • An understanding of operational processes, workflow mapping, and continuous improvement principles.
