Confidential in Swindon is recruiting Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisors on a temporary 12‑month basis. The role covers 8 am–8 pm shifts, 5 days out of 7, with some six-day blocks and six weeks’ notice of shifts. You’ll handle 40+ inbound calls daily, guiding members through online banking and product discussions.
The position offers training before taking calls and a collaborative team setup, with the possibility to work from home on occasion. The pay rate is 14.56 per hour.
