Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day administration
- Managing maintenance requests and contractor coordination
- Handling tenant and landlord enquiries professionally

- Processing tenancy paperwork and updating internal systems
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience
About You
- Previous administration experience, ideally within property, lettings, or a customer service environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
- Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems
