What You'll Be Doing
As our Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary, you'll be at the heart of our legal and compliance operations, supporting a busy and fast-paced function by:
- Managing and maintaining legal files, records and company documentation
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance administration
- Preparing, formatting and amending legal correspondence and documents
- Monitoring key dates, deadlines and compliance requirements
- Liaising professionally with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining document management systems and accurate records
- Supporting contract administration and document tracking
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Providing general administrative support to the legal and compliance team
