The Role
- Hours: 33 hours plus 2 sleeps per week
- Shift Pattern: 3 week rolling rota. Shifts are 9:45am to 12:00am, a sleep, then 7:30am until 10:45am
We are looking for a motivated, compassionate individual to help us change lives for people experiencing homelessness. As a Support Worker you will support people who may have complex needs, including homelessness, drug/alcohol misuse, struggles with their mental health, or a history of offending behaviour.
Our mission at P3 is to break the cycle of homelessness by enabling individuals to gain the skills to sustain a tenancy and live independently. We offer intensive, person-centred support that covers a range of areas, including benefits, accessing support services, budgeting, integrating into the community, and working in partnerships. We are committed to making a real difference in the lives of those we support.
We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, empathetic, and passionate about helping people achieve their full potential. You should also be calm, personable, and able to handle potentially difficult situations.
