Join our Building Efficiency Division, delivering energy-efficient solutions to over a million customers globally.
As a BMS Engineer, youll perform routine service and maintenance on Building Management Systems across key sites in London and the South.
Youll support stakeholders with BMS-related queries, identify small works opportunities, and may join the on-call rota for emergency callouts.

Were ideally looking for candidates with experience working on JCI's Metasys systems.
However, if youre a technically minded individual with hands-on experience in HVAC systemssuch as AHUs, FCUs, Chillersand have worked with Trend, Tridium or any other BMS products, we encourage you to apply.
We value a willingness to learn and are willing to offer an accelerated training program to the right individual, to help you to quickly become proficient across Johnson's controls products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine BMS PPM service visits and corrective small works
- Respond to BMS-related callouts and support customer needs
- Review site logbooks and address minor issues during visits
- Produce clear and accurate service reports with upgrade or repair recommendations
- Supervise subcontractors (e. g., electricians, panel manufacturers) on-site
- Modify and configure BMS software to meet client objectives
- Maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting system changes

- Experience in BMS & HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, etc.)
- Familiarity with Trend, Tridium, or Metasys systems preferred
- Understanding of control panel wiring diagrams and MCC panels
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering
- Knowledge of BMS networking topologies and communication protocols
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Clean UK driving license
- Additional Information
- Semi-mobile role, typically one site per day
