Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Paralegal with at least 1 year of finance experience to join a highly regarded finance practice at an international law firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and ambitious paralegal looking to build their career within a sophisticated transactional team that advises on a broad range of complex debt finance and structured finance matters.
The team is particularly recognised for its work on securitisation transactions, capital markets products and asset-backed financing arrangements for a diverse client base of financial institutions and market participants.
The Role
Working closely with experienced lawyers as the sole paralegal, you will support on a variety of finance transactions, with duties include:
- Transaction management and closing processes
- Due diligence and document management
- Legal research and drafting support
- Preparation and organisation of transaction bibles and closing documentation
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of paralegal experience within a finance, banking, capital markets or structured finance team
- Strong academic background
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
