This post is fixed term for up to 18 months. Dumfries and Galloway Council are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic mobile catering manager to deliver high quality catering services for schools and hospitality functions across multiple sites in the West of Dumfries and Galloway.
You must have Catering Manager or supervisory experience as well as cooking skills/experience.
- Providing Early Years and School Meals to children and young people
- Managing the kitchen budget
- Organising the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Dealing with any complaints
- Being aware of the current food trends and customer awareness
This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
