P3 Housing is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Neighbourhood Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality housing management services within our Viable Housing Project in Gainsborough.
The Neighbourhood Manager will be responsible for the effective management of a designated housing portfolio, acting as the principal point of contact for tenants and key stakeholders. The postholder will play a pivotal role in promoting tenancy sustainment, managing housing-related issues, and fostering positive relationships that support the development of safe, stable, and sustainable communities.
Key responsibilities will include the management of rent accounts and arrears, ensuring income is maximised through proactive engagement and timely intervention. The postholder will also oversee the management of void properties, ensuring homes are re-let efficiently and in accordance with organisational targets, minimising void loss and contributing to service performance. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Asset Management, and Health & Safety, the Neighbourhood Manager will ensure that properties remain safe, compliant, and well maintained, whilst delivering an excellent standard of service to tenants. The role requires a strong understanding of housing management principles, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement.
The postholder will participate in the organisation's out-of-hours on-call rota, providing management support and decision-making in response to operational issues and emergencies as required.
This is a part-time position based from our Gainsborough office; we are committed to supporting flexible working arrangements. The number of hours worked can be agreed with the successful candidate, providing an opportunity to achieve a balance between organisational needs and individual circumstances.
