Payroll Coordinator
Location: Stirling, Scotland
Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 FTE
Reed Accountancy are currently working with a renowned local organisation who are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will join an established, close-knit team and be responsible for maintaining the end-to-end payroll function.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end processing for weekly and monthly payrolls
- Maintaining and updating employee payroll records
- Performing payroll reconciliations and verifying data
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Processing payroll related changes including starters, leavers, and amendments
- Calculating and administering statutory payments and deductions
- Acting as point of contact for payroll queries from internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC, guidelines, and company policies
- Providing support to wider payroll and accounts teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar payroll position
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
