Client Services Coordinator
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £28,000
We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join a leading flexible workspace provider in Steveange.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales, administration and centre operations. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients and visitors, managing enquiries and supporting the Centre Manager with the day to day running of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Manage incoming enquiries, follow up leads and arrange viewings
- Support the sales process and identify opportunities to generate revenue
- Maintain accurate client and CRM records
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with invoicing and billing
- Support reception, administration and general centre operations
- Assist with client move ins, move outs and access requirements
- Provide cover for the Centre Manager when required
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in customer service, administration, sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- A professional and friendly approach
Experience within flexible workspaces, serviced offices, coworking, hospitality or property would be advantageous but is not essential.
