At Onpoint Homecare, we are passionate about helping people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults across East Sussex and pride ourselves on delivering compassionate support that makes a genuine difference every day.

As our service continues to grow, we are looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Community Care Workers to join our friendly team.

Why Join Onpoint Homecare?

We believe great care starts with valued and supported staff.

You will be supported by a friendly and approachable management team, receive regular supervision and wellbeing check-ins, and have access to 24/7 on-call support. Most importantly, you will be part of a welcoming, family-focused team where your contribution is recognised and appreciated.

The Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential support to people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Your role may include supporting people with personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility, companionship, and household tasks. You will follow individual care plans, maintain accurate records, and promote wellbeing while delivering high-quality care tailored to each person's needs.

No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking people who are naturally caring, compassionate, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to a reliable vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK. Strong communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting people are essential.

Previous experience in care, support work, healthcare, or customer service is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. We welcome applications from both experienced carers and those looking to begin a rewarding career in care.

About You

You will be kind, patient, empathetic, and dependable. You will enjoy helping others, take pride in delivering high-quality care, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Please note: We are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
